I'll be in DC in two days, for the SAAs. I have 2 committee meetings, 2 forum discussions, and 1 paper there. I may be helping my former advisor on some quick analyses for his SAA paper--if I can get something to him, I'll end up with a quick, unplanned authorship on that paper. I'm submitting two papers for the Barcelona conference, and I got permission to coauthor an article with some work colleagues on consultation with indigenous nations. This is on top of two other conference papers, and two conference forums.

I'm still trying to figure out the XRF stuff. (I'm trying to get that done ASAP.)

My paper for the project we've been working on for the past two years was published with glowing reviews. My coauthor and I were interviewed and our work has been on science blogs for the past 3 days. We had a live interview with a well known, international news radio station. So I just woke from a dream, where I was reading over a site file written by a former coworker, Ryan, about something I was involved with at my current job (a certain lake clean up effort).
