Not so much a reunion tour since I haven't hung out much with Colin, but such is life. He has decided that he has spent too much money and isn't going to spend anymore or do anything for the next two days. Guess I'll be headed to Stonehenge by myself tomorrow. I had an all in all productive day today. Got up early and got to sightseeing. Started off at Westminster Abbey - saw the tomb of Bloody Mary (Mary Queen of Scots) and Chaucer's tomb...no photos allowed though. Actually made it out of the hotel today. We stayed up too late, till like 4 AM chatting with the crazyguy in reception. We had good intentions to go out to a pub and have some beers, but everything in London closes at 23:00 unless you are in a disco. Had a waffle and a cappucino and got the heck out of Bruxelles. The only problem I have with those people (and most Europeans, for that matter) is that no concept of why their are lines. Abandoned Munchen for Bruxelles today and hopped another train. The morning was uneventful, there were no major disasters. I set out to see some sights this morning (yesterday morning) and saw an old cemetary where the bury München's famous souls (not that I knew any of them). Cool spot. I tried to find the Old Synagogue and Jugend Museum, but I would up back at the market instead. München is a weird town. There are things to see here, but the town just built up ( Read more... )

After the horrific train ride from Venezia to München, I have been taking it easy today...
