Shopping with us is simple. Just follow the guide below:
Order
Once you have decided on the item(s) which you would like to purchase,
(1) Leave us a comment OR email us at invoice.vanillalollies@gmail.com
(2) Please include the following in your comment OR email
(i) Issue of item
(ii) Name of item
(iii) Colour (if applicable)
(iv) Size (if applicable)
(v) Email address (if commenting on LJ)
(vi) Indicate whether you are opting for Registered or Normal postage or Smartpac
A response will be mailed to you on the availability of the item(s). We will definitely respond to your comment/email, so please check your junk mailbox or email us again if you do not receive a reply from us (Do add us in your contact list so that our mails will always go to your inbox).
Payment Procedure
There are 3 ways to pay - (1) POSB ATM Transfer (2) Interbank Transfer (3) Paypal =)
For (1) POSB ATM Transfer OR (2) Interbank Transfer
(i) Transfer your payment (including postage) to DBS Savings Plus 008-9-050212
(ii) Once transfer is done, send us an email comprising of
(a) Snapshot of ATM receipt OR IB nick/bank transferring from
(b) Mailing address
* A gentle reminder that all ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot of your transaction receipt. We reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made as well.
We will mail out your item(s) once payment is received =)
Should you wish to track your parcel, just drop us an email & we will mail you the COP (Certificate of Posting issued by Singpost)
Important (pls read!): To ensure that your item is secured, please ensure payment is made asap upon confirmation.
We will release item(s) to customers who make payment first (This is due to the rising number of deadbuyers).
A full refund will be made to you should the item that you made payment for is out of stock. We seek your understanding regarding this =)
For (3) Paypal
(Yes! We now accept payment via Paypal! That means, babes, you can charge your purchases to your credit cards & earn points from your credit card while shopping;p).
(i) Just let us know that paypal is your preferred mode of payment & we will invoice you accordingly =)
In case you are wondering, it is not necessary to have a paypal account in order to make payment using Paypal.
Delivery
(1) Normal Postage will be $1.50 per item. Additional $0.50 will be required for each additional item. (Please note that we will not be held responsible for lost OR damaged parcels should you choose not to opt for Registered Postage)
OR
(2) Registered Postage will be an additional charge of $2.24 on top of the Normal Postage.
OR
(3) Smart Pac will be a flat charge of $4.20 up to 3kg worth of items (Seriously, babes, I think this is a much better option as compared to Registered. Furthermore, another perk of this is that Singpost will assure next day delivery upon posting =) Do go read up on it by clicking on the link)
(4) AM Mail
(i) Letterbox Delivery : $2.60
(ii) Doorstep Delivery : $3.90
* Do note that the envelope for this service can only fit in 1 item.
Assurance of postage
All parcels are certified with Certificate of Posting (COP) issued by Singpost, so you can be assured that your parcels will definitely be mailed upon payment. A snap shot of the COP will be emailed to you upon request =)
Our Exchange & Refund Policy
We will check all items to ensure that they are in good condition before posting out your parcel.
Hence, goods sold are non-refundable, subjected to the following terms:
(1) Exchanges/Refunds will only be offered if item received is defected OR if selected item is out of stock.
(2) Exchange/Refund period is limited to 7 days only.
(3) Request for Exchange/Refund will be rejected if apparels are washed or tried.
(4) Please attach a picture of the defected item in the email to us when requesting for an exchange.
