I am feeling a little better today. Despite having around 400 calories yesterday, my weight this morning is 122.2 lbs. I was feeling really hungry when I woke up this morning so I made myself scrambled egg whites for breakfast, and I'm going to have some fruit around 2pm and again around 4pm and I think that will be all for today. Well, my weight as of this morning is 123.4 lbs. I am pretty happy about that. Today would be the 3rd day that I have been taking Zantrex 3, and I do not really notice any change in my metabolism. I feel so frustrated right now, I have been stuck at 125 for almost 2 weeks now and I am so sick of it! It seems like every time I manage to get down a pound, I gain it back that very same day. I don't know what's wrong with me. I get sooo happy that I have finally lost that pound, and then I make that be the day that I mess everything up. Well, unfortunately I am still 125. I went down to 124, but messed up and went back up. I am going to take my One a Day Weight Smarts again because it is supposed to speed up your metabolism (it contains green tea extract) and I need the multi vitamins anyway.
