God, it would have been so incredibly difficult for Kalinda to ask Alicia for help. I LOVE that she did in the end, and I love even more that Alicia realized what it cost her.

Kalinda started fake sulking whenever she failed to get her way, saying, “But I’ve been shot!” in a wide-eyed innocent voice that Alicia found almost impossible to resist.
Okay, this? Just about made my entire week. Go ahead and kill me with adorableness, why don't you.

You did a great job of writing proud!Kalinda and nurturing!Alicia without wounding Kalinda's dignity, a tough challenge. Kalinda might even approve, though she wouldn't ever tell us.

OK, I have to ask, too. Why won't Alicia see Kalinda at work every day?

Well, probably she won't SEE her, see her, know what I mean? when she was in Alicia's house, Alicia had her for herself so to speak and Kalinda was vulnerable and she saw her in other situations as well, other than 'professional Kalinda'. She got glimpses of the *real* Kalinda, the person that she's underneath that tough exterior that she's showing others.

So, variousflumps, you see...you HAVE to continue this, to explain exactly just HOW they will see each other again *winks* :p

I'm pretty sure I watched the finale and we didn't actually see K get shot, so you are just fucking around with me right?! (BUT OMG WHO IS THIS GUY!?!??!)
