It's after 10:00pm on Sunday and I have 2 essays to write, one of which is half done and the other not started, 40 Chinese characters to learn, and The Faerie Queene to read... for Tuesday. But I'm updating LJ and I'm okay with it ( Read more... )

In a way, it's nice to know that I'm not the only one swamped with essays and midterm information to learn within the next week.

Hoff wrote a novel? That either makes me want to laugh for an hour or cry for a year. I think I'll chose laughter. In my tres humble opinion, he might want to rethink his title. A tad pretentious, n'est pas? Although he hasn't exactly been known for being disarmingly non-judgemental...sort of like I'm being right now. However, it is currently 12:28am , and my essay on Wallace Stevens must be done by 11:00, by which time I also plan to have showered and eaten, therefore I think I'm allowed to be a little bit bitchy/cynical.
