Sounds like Keith is being greedy. He can't have his bond and shoot him too. I like that analogy better. Well there is only one thing to do~ don't wait around for him, obviously he isn't gong to wait for you so have fun on your "break". I have seen this happen before, he is just going to have sex with someone with bigger balls then come crawling back to you because you have a brain in your head. Ah man, so now you know how bad break ups can suck. Pretty rough man, sorry to hear it. Like anyone would say, things will pick up for you. Soemthing will happen or someone will come along unexpectedly some day soon and you will just forget about everything. That is the way life goes man, don't be too bummed.
