Well my parents have gone to Montreal for the weekend and oddly enough, I've never been more bored. Not having anyone to talk to really kinda sucks. Dogs and a crazy bird can only be so much company. I got a second prescription for more anti-bad-colon stuff from the doctor I share a very personal bond with. They're for managing Crohn's in the long term.. well, more long term than the corticosteroid I'm currently taking. The prescription only lasts for 3 months then I have to go in for another check-up. Went to Funky Thai with Eddie and Sarah tonight. Good times were had by all I think. I thought it was weird that Sarah chose to ride her bike over there as opposed to being picked up. Perhaps she has become eco-concious.. still, I'd rather drive over there than bike. It'd take close to 30 minutes using pedal-power.

Yes.

It was confirmed after my colonoscopy this past Friday. I don't remember any of it except the sedation which is exactly what the doctor said would happen. Morphine and Valium are the shit.

On the down side, the last thing I remember the doctor telling me was, "Here's a cold, wet finger." Soooo yeah.

So yeah, went to the doctor's on Monday after months of feeling crappy and doing nothing about it. I was sent for some hardcore testing. They took a bunch of blood, chest x-rays and a urine sample.
