Back from Japan
It's been just over the limit of weird. I get home and I cant remember my passwords. I was getting accustomed to life in Japan. Waking up, eating great short eats, green tea, etc. When I took a nap yesterday, I kept waking up and thinking that I was in Japan still. It's bizarre. A girlfriend of mine recently gave me a rag-tag assortment of herbal teas the other day in ceramics class. It came at the right time since I recently ran out of black tea at work. Updates and dealing with issues...
So lately I've been trying to deal with my issues, like confronting negativity. Issue #1: Cousins. Luxman. I am hurt he didn't visit us when he came to LA. So I texted him about it. Something drew her about the water. She enjoyed the color blue, in all of its variants, the way she felt in water, the way it calmed and soothed her nerves. 1 Amy's Microwave dinner- vegan meatloaf and mashed potatoes, peas, corn
1 peanut butter and jelly crustables
1 coffee, sugar and soymilk -

1 cup Nescafé coffee w/ one tsp. Sugar
Lunch:
1 amy's burrito
2 cups white basamati rice
parrypu 1 cup
1 tbsp. Ghee
salad w cherry tomatoes 1 cup
katharika w artichoke
beetroot curry
Dinner:
1 avocado & hot sauce
3 crackers & 2 slices almond cheddar cheese
1 small bag cheetos
Dessert:
1 cup payassam -

1 cup of tea (soymilk, one heaping tsp sugar)
2 eggo waffles (1tbsp vegan butter)
oatmeal (milk, honey)
Snack:
Seaweed snack
fritos
strawberries
Lunch:
2 pupusas (bean and kale)
Curtido
Dinner:
1 avocado
2 hardboiled eggs hot sauce
1/4 cup ice cream
3 crackers and cashew cheese -
Food Journal
Rode bike today after a month of not riding. Was hard.
Breakfast: 1 banana
Lunch: Tuna fish sandwich NOT VEGAN
Oatmeal cookie NOT VEGAN
Why did I eat a tuna fish sandwich? Because I was hungry and didnt think what I brought to school would be enough. (One boca burger and two sausage patties)
Solution: Need to pack a sufficient lunch!
