yeah the bad boys are still sore, wearing a bra all the time (even sleeping) is helping.. but at least i don't need painkillers any more! just feels like 2 big bruises which to be fair it probably is

I was taught some new exercises at physio yesterday, that will teach me for being a smart arse and doing the first ones well. I did the new ones along with my regular ones as instructed. This morning my stomach, back and along my ribs hurt like holy hell. I know I have to get stronger muscles to support my spine, but does it have to be so sodding evil while I'm doing it? *grin*
