ohh. hmmm. I forgot that it takes an hour to simmer. Well, maybe I'll still try to make it and just take it out to the LaGruas tomorrow. I hate to lose the excitement. This sounded really good when i first read it, and now I have an excuse to make it. No chickening out now......

Hey, so I made this!! But my measurements were off (too many mushrooms - bought a package and just figured use the whole thing - and too few tomatoes and carrots), and I don't know what tamari is - assumed it was a spice, but couldn't find it - so used curry powder and a cajun spice blend instead. So it turned out more like mushroom soup with peas and stuff. Still good, but I don't think I experienced the full effect. Will have to make it again. :) Thanks for the inspiration!!
