i made the most delicious biscuits and sausage gravy w/a side of fried tofu this morning.

everyone was happy.

the only downer--i have like 6 biscuits left and only one tablespoon of gravy!

resolution: next time, make a shit load more gravy!

just had a very nasty conversation (his end) with the claims guy at the city regarding reimbursement for the sewer flooding basement situation.
that was not uplifting at all. rather depressing.

i hope that he has a shitty lunch today and ends up with a terrible stomachache and bad gas.
