Had a car accident Monday.

Car was totaled, so was his car, I was driving down D.I., and there was a girl at the edge of the median, doing the hesitating thing where you dont know if she is going to cross. So the truck in front of me decided to stop, and I couldn't stop in time.

I would've run her over. As long as the driver doesn't leave the scene of the accident, he would've been cleared since she was jaywalking.

Note to jaywalkers, if you're going to fuck up traffic, then stay in the damn crosswalk.!!.
If I jaywalk (which I've done on occasion, no lie there), I make sure there's enough time for me to get all the way across the street and onto the opposing curb before the first vehicle reaches me.
