I didn't eat anything until about 8 o'clock today.
I wasn't feeling well/in transit.
So...
Snack: keebler crackers and cheese.
Dinner: whole grain pasta, bocca burger chicken patty, snap peas, non-fat plain yogurt, steel cut oats, berries, crackers and peanut butter, gold fish, orange, and a fruit strip.
So I broke my rule of eating after 7 o'clock and
