I have a bottle of capers that were used once by my roommates who have decided they don't like capers. SO. Wtf can I do with a bottle of capers? Any ideas guys?
The only thing I keep running into are 'garnish for meats' and...well we all know why that won't work.

They're also kind of good in salad-like things (including things like sandwich spreads).
If they are too salty/strong tasting you can rinse them before using them.

virtualannette's pasta dish sounds good, and they also work well in a pasta salad (i like whole wheat rotini, sundried tomatoes, capers, artichoke hearts in a basil/olive oil dressing), or also with a cream sauce over hot pasta.
i suspect they might be nice in an eggs salad sammich

Boil up some new potatoes, half them, then pan fry them in some olive oil, herbs of your choice (I like rosemary or basil) and then some chopped sun-dried tomoatoes and capers. Yummy.
