I love financial aid disbursement day!

I didn't have class.  On Thursdays all I have is a lab.  Sweet!  So today I'm going to read stories and find a prose to do for this season.  You know, I had all of last semester to work on speech and I did nothing.  I'm a terrible president.  *sigh*

It's been pretty uneventful in Jessietoria.  Over the Thanksgiving weekend Molord the Storm Trooper got new license plates and rolled over 125,000 miles.  James took pictures.

My entire torso is so sore today.  My friend just got a Wii and I played it for about 5 hours.  Before I started playing I created a Mii that is basically the video game version of me.  And shockingly, it really looks like me.  So I create my Mii to hang out with Jay's and Adam's Miis.  And we're all hanging out in video game land.  The game that ( Read more... )

I'm hoping South Dakota doesn't let me down again today.  I really don't want to be forced to get a Minnesota driver's license.  It's just inconvenient.

Hey, guess what!  Things started going right again.  I got an A on my chem test (which never happens) and my request for late withdrawal was approved.
Did you know that when I got hit by that semi I had bubbles in my mediastinum?  They never told me that.  And when I left the hospital I STILL had free fluid in my pelvis.  And the doctors didn't know ( Read more... )

If just one thing could go right in my life, I think I could be happy. So far, things aren't looking too bright. I'm beginning to hate my school again.

But in happier news, I'm going to be in Brookings the weekend of the fourteenth. Whether or not I'm bringing a friend with me remains to be seen. He maintains his non-committal status.

This morning when I went out to my bike after a week of not riding because of rain I discovered that some drunken asshole had bent in both sides of the brace that holds up the rear fender. They had been bent in so far that they interfered with the spokes of the bike. I don't think the spokes were bent and I was able to fix it so I could ride it ( Read more... )
