I sat there for at least ten minutes, watching the Starbucks employees work. i got to mike (sp?) up penn jillette yesterday cause he was on the show i work for. he's a really nice guy and apparently has never done a drug in his entire life.

yea, i did have to touch him. i got to run the mike up his shirt. pretty sexy. he was talking to the host about how he's never done drugs and doesn't drink alcohol. he said if he's at a table and someone orders wine then he'll get up and leave. he's NUTS.

i work at CN8, the comcast network. if you get comcast cable you should watch the shows sometime. nitebeat is AWESOME.

listen, i know its not "cool" or anything, and it can be a little degrading, but starbucks is really an okay place to work! the pay is decent and the benefits are awesome. sorry, i just had to jump to the defense of this poor little misunderstood multi-million dollar corporation.

(ps-the subject is a reference to something my old starbucks manager used to say, implying that Starbucks(r) runs through his veins)

it really wasn't starbucks, the entire corp. that got to me, it was that specific store.. i wanted to work at a different store, and they didn't have enough hours, so they sent me to the bootleg store. i decided after many trips to diff. starbucks that each starbucks is different... the one i went to yesterday was creepy.
