OMG that's great! It didn't occur to me that you were waiting to find a sublessee, though it probably should have after you showed us all the pictures of the house. I can't believe you packed in such a short time period. I have had to move a bunch recently and it takes me forever to pack up. I think I may never leave my apartment because it would just be too much effort. You and Dave are super-human!
