I'd been hoping for a while that Mycroft was secretly using John as part of his abolitionist agenda, so this was perfect.

Bleak? Perhaps, but this John seemed very willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for his cause, and the sacrifice didn't seem all that bad in the end.

I very much enjoyed this, so thank you. Looking forward to more Chameleon too!
