Bernard is very beautiful. I like that he is shy and modest enough to not want his picture taken :)

yes is blue!! he darts it in & out so fast I've not managed to capture it on camera yet!...the fatter the better - they lose weight over winter hibernation., dont eat that much then. I'm going to have to get him a hot rock I think. :)

chocolate ? ahhhh it's close to easter egg time I guess....he's a blue tongue lizard.....haven't yet got a pic of his tongue..he's shy and moves it faster than the shutter speed...lol. Actually not that happy with first pic only his eye is in focus - extreme macro seems to blur everything else but the centre bit.

the last says they are slow moving, but Bernard can run really fast...they all can when they want to...
