My ex-husband's sister was a stripper some years ago. I met a lot of them through her--they'd all retired, but still, you couldn't hope to find a nicer group of young women. They had their issues, but who doesn't? Lovely people, body and spirit, almost fragile in their way and eager to please and be good friends.

In Canada, where I met these young ladies, they were places men and women went to on a social level. They were called "peeler bars." Of course, Canadians have a bit of a different attitude about sex.

I don't mind strip clubs. Never been to one, personally, but no real objections. My Cowboy's said it best, though: it's a place to pay good money to get teased to death but not satisfied. He didn't see the real point to it, and nor do I, but there are a lot more pointless ways to spend time and money.

The whole stripper schtick was ruined for me by a redheaded one long ago...

But...with proper coercion and copious amounts of booze...

yes...even I would like watching the (hopefully) hot naked ladies.

Haven't been to one in a while. From what I remember, who you went with had a lot more to do with how much fun was had than any other factor. The right group could overcome any shortcomings of the club and/or dancers, while the wrong group wouldn't be able to muster any fun no matter HOW good everything else was.

Pick one out this way and I'll tag along. First lapdance is on me! ;-)

For me it depends on the club. Some are very nice with very nice dancers. Then again some are just well... but even down and dirty can be fun with the right people. It can be like going to a public adult movie and fucking your partner, or anything else for that matter. You know there are other people in the dark room watching but that just makes it more dirty and fun. It's just not a place to go every Sat night. Wish I lived closer But things are looking up for a move to Portland.
