So I only lost 1/2 a lb today. No big deal, I had about 470 cals, and went for my walk. I'm sure I burned them off! ;( but if I could lose a half a lb on a regular day I'd be damn happy. That's like 2 1/2 lbs a week

yesterday i had cereal (mostly raisins) in the morning and then curried onions and edamame...and not a big portion, like half a bowl full...and no oil or anything it it... that's it. didn't lose any weight. so unfair.
