I had a pretty good weekend. I bought and rented a bunch of movies from Blockbuster. I babysat on Saturday for 3 kids (plus Mia) and got a headache because they were all very hyper. My baby is 7 now. Where did the time go? I can remember when she was born as if it were yesterday. How my water broke while I was watching "Terms of Endearment" with Denny. Last night I had soccer practice. It was fun. We did drills and then a scrimmage. Some of the guys are really aggressive but that didn't stop me from charging for the ball. lol We ended it at 7:30pm and Mia fell asleep in the car ride home. She was so cute at practice. So I was able to go to my company annual event at the last minute bc my co-worker offered to have her parents watch Mia. We met up at Nelissa's house and drove together to the Hyatt. Denny just called me saying how he was suspended from his job bc they drug-tested him. Supposedly he drank the cannibis vodka I gave him over 5 years ago (such bullshit!!!). Back at work at 7am. Not too bad. I am actually proud of myself for going through with it (waking up early, leaving the house when it's still dark out). I came into work again at 7am this morning. Mia was cranky. I'm listening to Norah Jones and drinking my coffee and filling out CRF's for Clinical. Gonna run to a meeting for the next hour....Be back.

I just felt like I was going to faint as I walked to the pantry. Maybe tuna and crackers isn't enough for a ten-hour day. I don't feel right. I think I will make myself some tea and hope that it makes me feel a little better. It's 3:36. When I go home I will eat something for sure.

Mia was crying a few nights ago bc she didnt want to leave me alone during the summer. I consoled her, telling her I would be alright without her. Awww, she is so cute...so empathetic. I hope that this quality sticks. I contacted the Brio Center for the Arts to see if they have any art classes for kids, and they only have it in July, but she will ( Read more... )

I woke up at 5:40am today (I got a lot of sleep this weekend so it was easy). I started my work day at 7am to make my first 10-hour day.
