K, so I am 129.4 lbs today. For breakfast I had scrambled egg beaters, potatoes with peppers and jalapenos and water. When I got hungry, I made myself some tea with Equal, and then worked out with Nelissa. Afterwards we had lunch..I made a salad with spinach leaves, broccoli, chickpeas, hard-boiled egg, tomatoes, mushrooms and balsamic vinagrette
