I have always adored your writing, Veri. I haven’t been on LJ in ages, but one notification of a new entry from you, and I come running back. You have the ability to present something so beautifully while still being so raw and real. The reader can feel every emotion. The excitement of the attraction, the danger of every encounter, the longing and the resentment. You take us so deeply into this story that we can feel the chill in the breeze and smell the smoke in the air. I felt this so deeply, I told myself to stick to my resolve and be stronger.
