I was in a similar situation like this in college. I pulled my teacher aside after class and explained vehemently why I deserved an A for doing ALL THE WORK.

I would suggest you do the same with yours. You shouldn't be getting a shitty grade because of the actions of others. And the group leader sure as hell shouldn't be getting your A.
