"Like what I have written on the first part of this essay" You can say 'Like what I've stated before' instead :D
'"there are so much ways to get..." instead of 'much' use 'many' :D
The persistence thing makes itself sound negative :( Especially the part about people getting annoyed. You can say that persistence is when you keep on trying so that you'll eventually get it. You can take out the 'people being annoyed' part :D
I love the quotes you used though, and the whole point of the essay. I have another quote for you, 'You can kill your enemies by making them your friends' How about that? :)
I hope this managed to help somehow. It's written very well and I think you make a clear point :-bd Hope I managed to help somehow. Miss you!

You can remove the 'a' before profanity :)
