I love it! Your characterization of Michael is spot-on. :)

Thanks so much! I was so nervous posting this -- it's pretty nerve racking making your first foray into a new fandom :o) I'm so glad you liked it!

I really like the way you wrote it, it's really well written. You should write more fics on those two ^^. And I'll probably stick around to read them 'cause you've got talent for that. Good job!

Cath.

This was great! As someone else mentioned, your Michael POV was dead-on. I'd love to see more.

Wow, I got to end of this and had an Oliver moment, "Please, can I have some more?" So well written, beautiful use of language and, as several others have said, your Michael is spot-on. This is your first PB fic, but is it your first fic? Either way, terrific debut - kudos!

Thanks for your kind comment! To answer your question, though, nope, I've been hanging out in the Harry Potter fandom for many years.

As for your other question: I'm workin' on it! :o)

This is wonderful! You write very well.

She shouldn’t have to defend herself with syringes and shards of broken Plexiglas and crawl along ventilation systems to escape from the very people she wanted so badly to help.
And that, right there, in a pretty, well-worded sentence, is why I love Sara.

In most of the shows I watch, I find it really difficult to like the main females a lot of the time -- which is why it is so strange that I really like and respect Sara as a character. I think she's a wonderful character, and I really hope the show delves into her early life later this season!

Thanks for the review!

I agree. All of the fandoms save one that I've been are male-dominated. I tend to relate to them better, despite being female myself, and prefer to write in a male perspective than a female. I also agree with you apropos Sara. She doesn't fall into the female cliche at all, but she manages to retain her grace and feminity while still being a strong and independant character. Basically, she makes me girlcrush on her like mad.
