We had to check out of our airbnb in Chicago this morning and I had absolutely no idea where'd I'd be heading next. That wasn't on the top of my mind though, because I really wasn't feeling too hot. After leaving Noah's house, I picked Pawel up from the train stop. Pawel's in town for Nick's art show; he's never been to Chicago before. He had some crazy last minute cancellation of his flight, so he had a monkey of a time getting here, but he made it. We were both really hungry, so we hit up Al's Beef, which was nearby. As I packed up my hotel room, I grabbed the Domino's box and brought the 2 remaining slices of pizza and the half-full bottle of Diet Coke with me. I figured they would both be a treat later on down the road. I also shaped up my stache and gave it a fresh coat of black.

September 12thI woke up a little early today. It was definitely not the best sleep I ever had, but it was better than sleeping in the car.
