Just eliminating the sugar will make a huge difference.

Another good idea is to have a Yosemite Vacation at Chateau De Fur.

Yeah, a month ago I started a nutrition class, determined to get my eating habits good. I am pretty damned heavy and with only a few months before my wedding, I am easily falling into emotional eating, which is never good.

The fact that I have been absolutely stellar in working out and increasing my workout has not netted me a single ounce off. Its discouraging.

SO, I salute your pep talk and take heart from it myself. :)

wow - good luck-again- I know you've cut out sugar before with good results. I am trying- with little sucess- to just cut out soda - unfortunately I have those days when I think- today is not the day to try this and sort of give up before I start. I'll keep trying. Good luck really. I will be hopeful that it can be done.

Thank you! Yeah, sugar is hard. Soda was *really* hard for me to give up - I was quitting for a very long time before it took. And now I drink seltzer water, which has been a nice substitute, and I don't miss it at all. So, I'm hoping that I can do something similar with sugar - just get to the point where I'm not always having it, and when I do it's not a problem. And good luck to you, too - I totally get the "not today" thing, and sometimes that's totally what you should do.
