I think (2) is probably the most important point here; a lot of the time, the job itself is not as important as the people you're working with. And now that your supervisor knows that you're unhappy enough to be thinking of switching teams, you might get some more interesting work to do. :)
It sounds like your boss care about your career development. :) For career, I agree with Shuri that 2 is important... as well as 4 if you got a good mentor. Good luck!
