I am trying to run a stepper motor out of a hard disk drive. Unfortunately, you can't just slap some juice to it and make it spin. You have to connect pulse to each lead to pulse the spindle around. I am fascinated by nuance. And, I don't mean the easter eggs that some artists hide in their works to please the audience. For instance, Jan Van Eycks "Arnofini and his Bride".
