Hey, I am scanning and sending you a bunch of recipes from my crock pot cookbook. It will be over several e-mails, otherwise it's too big to send. They're in PDF format.

Speaking of recipes...how do you do your mulled wine?

We usually get the prepackaged mulling spices (Williams-Sonoma, etc) and use The Noble wine from Dakota Vineyards (althoguh the Tailgate Red would work beautifully. Got to remember to send you a check to get us a few bottles ( ... )

Unfortunately I can't bring the wine on the plane. I'm trying to find out if the winery will ship it down. If they will, I'll just order a case of various wines and we can split the cost between all those who want some.

I dont know about wine in specific, but I've flown recently, and if you dare risk it in your checked bag (padding padding padding), they should have no objections.

Oh, and I forgot to mention before, you can get frozen, prepped and ready for the crock pot meals at the grocery store.

On a slightly more helpful note, I have a giant book of stuff that can be done with a dutch oven / camp-style, should your neighborhood allow such things.
