1. An artificial Christmas tree. (I told Matt before the fire that I wanted a bigger one. He said no, we'll make do with what we have and after the season we'll get one on clearance. Odd.)

So the home inspection went well, and it looks the repairs that they said would be needed the homeowners are going to fix because the Township requires them to do it. It should have been us paying, since in the counter offer they said we'd have to take option 2 (which means we'd be responsible for any repairs), but it looks like we'll be okay.
