Some bands are best listened to for 20 minutes at a time and at one month intervals, which is why I now have a Ramones song or two or three (I can't really tell them apart all the time) stuck in my head. Last week I wrote a (probably) bad and insincere paper, but at least I didn't stay up all night doing it. I also saw someone almost get hit by a car. Then four people jumped out of the car and tried to start a fight with the pedestrian on the grounds that "man why you gotta flip off my girlfriend?" Yesterday in class we looked at pictures of Satan and hell. Today we watched a video where Jacques Derrida gets his hair cut. Images are fun. Sometime I want to hide out in my basement for a day and smoke pot and watch movies.

Today I talked to this Canadian/Minnesotan sounding guy after my midterm, and it turns out he was really christian, so instead of "bye," he said "Gahd blesh ya."
