i disgree with #13. but then, what do i know?

your drawing skils are amazing, yet i don't think anyone should refer to themselves as an artist. i don't think anyone should refer to themselves as anything, really. even if someone has an art-related career, i still think they should refrain from calling themselves an artist. art covers so much, it's not really specific and i'm sure whilst many people who take up art use a range of mediums, using the term 'artist' leaves a real unclear message to those who know little about art/haven't seen that persons work/etc. rather say 'i'm a painter/photographer/graphic designer/sculpturer/etc', but never an artist. i don't know, i just think the term shouldn't be used much. (not refering to you at all here..) it really bugs me when people call themselves an artist just because that study art. studying something doesn't mean you are something. most art is a load of bollocks anyway, so whos to say what is and isn't art? i think the steorotypical 'artist' is someone who involves themselves with ( ... )

also.. i dont mind so much when people refer to themselves as artists. it tells me about their way of life more so than what they create..

i like fucked up artists. but i like the cute ones that live lovely lives and are unlike other people. this is just me though :D

i refer to myself as an 'art student type' even though i'm presently not one. in my head it means i am a bit eccentric and oblivious and ... i enjoy nudity? you are an art student type too, a cute shy one.

Thank you for the comment!
It's true, it is stereotyping, actually - I'll have to rephrase or replace them. I must've had something else in mind when i wrote them. I think you once mentioned something like that in person, too. Also, I can argue well at times...! You mean Jackson Pollock, perhaps? works with paint splatter alot.
Thank you for the 20 mins >.< Who wouldn't want to smell like cookies ?!?
