hourly comics 2009!

When I woke up yesterday I decided to participate in hourly comics day 2009! People around the world draw what they were doing at some point every hour that they are awake. Click on the image to see mine, and the message board has 3 pages of other peoples' (far far better) work!

It was pretty fun! I'm not sure if I could do it in a normal day (most people who do it for the month of January are professional cartoonists or students without other jobs, or jobs at least where you can get away with drawing), but it worked out well with yesterday being work-at-home-alone-day.

I'll definitely remind everyone next year! I should have linked to Ryan/John/others more during January when they were doing it - even keeping it up for one full commitment-free day was pretty hard. Their lives are really interesting and it's nice to get to know someone a bit through their daily experiences. I really, really, really crazily admire those who did it for a whole month.
