Oh no, 'they' came (the delivery guys are just another company that Sears contracts deliveries out to), and the utterly refused to assemble the frame which was what I would told was going to happen as compensation for all this, by the same completely incompetent woman who scheduled the delivery without telling me an actual date. ARGH. I was so pissed off. The delivery guys were pretty rude and unsympathetic. And the store was even worse when I called them. Not a single apology and I had to repeat the whole ordeal to at least 5 different unsympathetic people as they transferred my call around the store. It was like exactly what not to do when you have a displeased customer. Finally when I got the incompetent lady on the phone she was like "it's just a headboard, it's not a big deal!" !!! I who have been dealing with your crap for a week and a half thanks to this disagree! And she blamed ME for thinking that a headboard could have possibly been delivered from Montreal in 3.5 days. Ummm well lady you never told me the date,
