The mods feel that though your app is strong, some adjustments need to be made. Please address the following points required for clarification: ● We would like to see the powers and abilities section expanded to explain how the character's abilities would translate into abilities within the world of Harry Potter. What spells and classes would the character excel in and which would he be struggle with? ● Also, we would like to see how Pikachu's abilities would translate as well, as he would not have access to his canon abilities.

and how did I forget this twice, gosh - ● Care of Magical Creatures would be Red's most natural place. Though the relationship between them and wizards holds differences between his own world's with pokemon, he's shown capable of handling and understanding all sorts of creatures. He may not have his charizard here, but if he ever needs to train a another dragon there's a sure chance he could. And it being such an outdoor activity isn't a problem in the least, to a degree that he may end up spending most of his time outside regardless of the weather

WELCOME TO HOGWARTS! You have been sorted into GRYFFINDOR!
However, before we can accept you. The mods would like to see the following adjustments made to your application regarding pikachu's powers. First off the mods would like to see Pikachu's abilities to be powered down even more. The initial discharge of electricity is encouraged, however, we would like to see his ability to give off thunderbolts lessened. After which, if he discharges he will become very physical weak and need to rest. This charge should build up gradually over time and only able to be done once a weak without causing any physical harm. The rest of the attacks at his disposal should also reflect a much lower level ie: tackle for volt tackle.
After making those updates, Please follow THESE instructions. Feel free to introduce yourself on the OOC community before hopping into the game!

That sounds like a good way to keep its energy in check... this'll be a reversal in its moveset then, too, with its body incapable of using anything stronger.
So:
Thunderbolt → ThunderShock (it's most basic attack) Iron tail → Tail whip (non-damage) Quick Attack → (as described previously) Volt Tackle → Tackle (as much as its little body will allow)
I imagine any attempts by Red to train it and get its strength back will not work at nearly the same pace, if at all. Though eventually they'll both come to a better understanding of this limitation, and use the activity for simple exercise instead. Would this work out?

So:
