so I haven't been on this site in nearly a year. Just a quick overview of my life now: I'm still in a sorority and still dating Eric, the guy I met last spring during Greek Week. So i've officially discovered my tendency to run away and hide from problems. I don't suppose this will get me very far in life, but at the moment I just want to curl into a ball,slide under my desk and turn back into a carefree little girl again. Um so I'm pretty much the happiest I've been since i was a carefree little girl with pigtails. I LOVE LIVING IN THIS HOUSE. Joining a sorority was the best decision I could have ever made!!! Soo many things to do/see and sooo many new people to meet. Walking to class i see at least 5 sisters in passing...Its probably the best feeling to be ( Read more... ) -

I am back at school, surrounded completely by distractions. Distractions that somehow move me forward and hold be back at the same time. I'm learning new things of course, which is what college is meant for, but at the same time I can't help but wonder why I let the annoying things bother me so much. Intensity
This past week has certainly been amazing. I saw Joakim for the first time in 9 years, and met my half sister Sophia for the very first time. They are both so awesome. In the beginning it was a little awkward; when she introduced herself to me she just shook my hand. Over the period of the week though, the two of us began to bond and grow closer. ( Read more... ) -

Thankfully i've been a little princess pampered by my grandma and parents for the past few days, it feels good to be home sometimes. so tonight there was a tsunami warning...gotta love the coastal life! i ran around for half an hour frantic because Jenna called and said that everyone at the marina was being evacuated.
