I'm having an unnaturally bad day today. It makes me frustrated. Which of course only leads to more bad things happening, since nothing ever goes right for the already frustrated. Another pleasant morning surprise
I took the first shower at my new apartment this morning. It was fantastic. We have water pressure like a high class hotel. I am pleased. Especially since I broke one of the cardinal rules of apartment hunting and didn't check the water pressure before deciding to move in ( Read more... ) -

Shaw's brand cherry-vanilla light yogurt tastes just like cherry popsicles! I kid you not. I haven't enjoyed breakfast this much since the passport breakfast at IHOP. I am pleased. -

I have a new apartment!
Though more accurately, I have two apartments at the moment, since the one I'm in now is paid up to the 25th of August. I spent all day yesterday dragging my stuff over there on the trains. It's a pain in the ass, but it's better than having a room full of boxes until I hire someone to move my few pieces of furniture. I prefer moving the small ( Read more... ) -

I did about a decade's worth of laundry today. And bought stamps at the post office. I know, I've mentioned this before, but I get this bizarre sense of pride and self-importance when I actually need to go inside the post office for something.
