There are guys who won't date super pretty girls 'cause of the same reasons you mentioned, but also won't date (f)ugly girls for obvious reasons….  They'd be more happy with girls somewhere in between; exactly where on the spectrum, you could only imagine.

There are countless guys out there, each with individual, differing preferences.

Most of the guys i know that were in boy scouts are pretty cocky. But maybe I've just had some bad experiences. Also, I don't need hot. Just not hurt. But I seem to attract the hurtest ones. God, I'm so awful.

Seriously, I treat my girlfriend like a princess and I think she's really cute, obviously there are girls that are hotter than her but they don't think I'm as hot as she thinks I am, if that makes any sense...she treats me like crap some of the time but I don't really mind, I'm settling for less but I can tell she really loves me...she's got issues is all? >_<

But I guess the point of saying all that is you just have to find someone who will think that you're hot, who you think is hot...by your own personal standards, so your bf himself could think he's homely and "settle" for you...that wouldn't be too bad.

And about the marriage thing, despite the problems Anni and I really think that we want to get married later down the road, since I'm a persistent sob and won't let her get away from me no matter how crappy she treats me, because I'd rather be happy half the time than perpetually in a craphole cause we broke it off.
