hellooooo! i've been away for so long, i feel so disconnected with everyone. :(

Concierge gets you a better room w/ a fantastic view, access to their lounge which is always stocked with 'complimentary' drinks like bottled water, juice, soda, coffee etc....a continental breakfast buffet, wine/cheese/fruit for a few hours before dinner...delicious sweets ( mickey rice crispies, brownies...etc.), and access to dvd's to take back to your room. and turn-down service before bed and they also leave desserts etc. and of course the concierge service who you go to directly for anything you need. they can make reservations etc.

it was totally worth it, and will probably be using concierge as often as we can.

I just found out by looking at the allearsnet.com website that the pool at the resort we have booked will be closed while we are there - the pool was part of the reason we chose that particular resort! Oh well, better to know now than to be surprised when we get there. *L*
