Dad's had more chest pains. Once when helping my sister carry a cabinet through the Home Depot parking lot, and again at work when he was cleaning a piece of machinery. According to him, they went away fairly soon after they started. They gave him some nitro to take when it happens, and he carries that with him at all times, so I guess that ( Read more... )

So far, so good. Dad hasn't had any chest pains since Monday. He didn't tell me how strong they were until I asked him last night; when he mentioned that he had to sit down because of how much pain they caused, it scared me. I am having a hard time breathing at a slow steady pace.
I just talked with my dad, who told me that my sister is driving him to San Francisco tomorrow for testing on his heart. His heart. EKG, X-rays, etc. The whole thing. Apparently he's been having chest pains and went to see his doctor, who recommended him to a specialist there ( Read more... )
