It's ok friend, I spent every friday night in my room alone first semester (always would quote the Futurama quote about "it's friday night, I have no date, I've got my 2 liter bottle of shasta and my all rush mix tape... let's rock"). You will eventually get to know good friends. For instance, it's friday night tonight, and I'm not doing anything short of crashing because this week nearly killed me (literally, I nearly collapsed today) BUT a friend has roped me and 3 other good friends into a 6am adventure... and my will it be fun...

P.S. You should come up to Michigan, Al Gore was here earlier in the week and was the best speaker I've ever heard (incredibly knowledgable, more than some scientists; hilarious; and very insightful). And I got John Edwards' autograph today! And that's not even the cool biology related speakers!

I believe you mean "under-represented", or is it for people who don't go to Hopkins? That would be interesting. . .

Yup, well it is for students who plan on applying to Hopkins... they just give them a couple of days to be around campus and get a feel for Hopkins... it would be funny if the school offered it for all the under represented minority students in the country (no matter their school status) jejejeje that would be fun but I do not think there is enough money... :oP

I should create one... do you have one at UT? do you see TAMSters often?
Ankit (our senior) lives in my floor! And that is just awesome :o)

I don't see Tamsters as often as you'd think, considering that there's like 100 of them here. But in the honors quad (where I live) we have a few places where people hang out a lot, so its kind of like Mac, but not quite as good. You just can't beat Mac =)
