It Begins Today!

So today will be my first day into the Power 90 program.
I am so embarrassed to take my Before shot. But i must if i wanna see the difference.
So here goes nothing. Wish me luck.

Hope it's going well for you. I decided I would just go by weight before/after if anything. I'm the same way when it comes to pictures.

I just started my Power 90 so I'm about a week behind it looks like. Hang in there though!
