With the shower running, I lay at the bottom of my bathtub for an hour today. When we look at the words that we are reading, they are most easily read when they are in high contrast with their background, because it's been proven that we don't actually read the text, but the spaces around it.

I made pasta for dinner tonight. A half an hour after I was finished eating it, for some reason I moved the saliva in my mouth around with my tongue and dislodged a sliver of the rosemary that I had been cooking with.
