  Went shopping with Dan (another Brit), Ben, Olly, Elize, and Alyssa today after breakfast. Got back around 1:30, so we went to the outdoor pool behind the boys' house. Girls and Olly went swimming - pool was warm, but refreshing. No trampolining today - maybe later or tomorrow ( Read more... )

  Spent the majority of last night (or evening?) with students from the Royal College of Music (in London). From before the time I got there until just before I left, they each passed out music for quartets and quintets (the first was Mozart, I remember), then sightread all of them. You have no idea how exciting it is to have a "real" break! I know, I know...I've been spending time past dark (but usually before midnight) at the Brits' place with Elize and Alyssa, but to have a break during the day while the sun is shining is AMAZING.
