Is that something that can stop existing?

I wouldn't be surprised if it could end prematurely.

But then it's not destiny, is it?

You probably know more about that sort of thing than I do. I don't think about fate much.

Depends on your definition.

Oh?

Does destiny exist anywhere?

I wouldn't doubt that it could exist anywhere, everywhere, nowhere, sometimes, always.

But that's conjecture.

Quite a few things are conjecture.

...I think it depends on what you're willing to believe.

Does it line up with your beliefs?

That's a matter of opinion, don't you think?

If it's an absolute, would it be up to opinion?

That is a reasonably tough question to answer.

As all good ones are.

Have any reasonable answers?

I believe that what you perceive is the correct path.

Even if your perceptions are misaligned?

I would say that destiny exists every place one goes to.

Though your destiny here might be quite different than your one where you come from.

Reply

virgocentric May 14 2009, 04:11:21 UTC
So destiny changes from place to place?

moresake May 14 2009, 04:16:10 UTC
Every choice you make can affect it. We always have the opportunity for change, even if there are some things that must definitely happen.

That's probably the answer I agree with most. But even then, I have to ask: doesn't it strike you as contradictory?
