I'd expected that lust would be the most difficult one--sex seems to be the default train of thought for men, after all. But worldliness was much more difficult for me. Don't forget that you asked me to get you food from the store...especially ketchup. To quote from the grocery list: "Ketchup (Seriously!)" :P

Also, I've been thinking about it, and I think just completely avoiding tv/media is kind of a cop-out. I mean...I dunno. I think the true challenge is not in just avoiding any temptation, but not giving into temptation. I mean, you can recognize someone is attractive without lusting over them. You should be able to watch tv without lusting after all the women. That, to me, would speak more to your discipline than just avoiding it. Am I making any sense? Avoiding it is an action, or external, whereas being presented with a temptation and rejecting it or not taking advantage of it...that's internal. And it seems to me that the internal change would negate the need for the external change.
